如何降低氧化鋁的損耗？

在生產(chǎn)過程中要減少氧化鋁消耗，那么就必須注意一定的技巧方法。

1、控制好氧化鋁粒度不應(yīng)過細(xì)，最好是砂狀氧化鋁，下料時(shí)陽極上封料要減少飛揚(yáng)，加工時(shí)應(yīng)關(guān)好窗戶；

2、換陽極時(shí)舊極上的料要扒凈，殘極上的氧化鋁要清理干凈；
